What are my responsibilities as a property owner?
Owners should:
1) Furnish the property to DTCM standards, keep it in good order, and ensure all appliances are operational.
2) Pay service charges on time so guests have uninterrupted access to facilities such as pool and gym.
3) Pay utility charges on time to avoid inconvenience for guests.
4) Respond to our team to agree the best solution if maintenance or other issues arise.
How will I know when my property is rented and when it is vacant?
You will have access to a landlord portal to view previous, current, and future bookings, financial transactions and statistics, payout history, utility payments, calendar, a personalized dashboard, and to book owner stays. The portal connects in real time to our property management system and to portals such as Airbnb and Booking.com. You will also receive automated email notifications for every new, cancelled, and modified reservation.
