Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Local Taxes
Tourism Dirham tax of AED 10 per night applies, in addition to a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).

Standard Occupancy
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests.

Guest Registration
Passport or Emirates ID copies for all guests must be provided at least 48 hours prior to check-in for registration purposes.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of AED 1,200 is required and will be returned within 7 days after a successful check-out inspection.

Additional Services
Early check-in, late check-out, baby cots, high chairs, extra beds, airport transfers, grocery delivery, and mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
