You will have full, private access to the entire studio apartment, including the kitchen, bathroom. Access to all building facilities including the swimming pool, gym, is available, Please note however, that the building amenities including the pool, gym, etc., are directly overseen by the Building Management. We do not have any control or accountability over these facilities. Please be advised that these amenities could be subject to maintenance and closures, which may occur without prior notification. . Self check-in is available via a smart lock for a seamless, contactless arrival at any hour.

Check-in and Check-out Timings
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Local Taxes
Tourism Dirham tax of AED 10 per night applies, in addition to a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Standard Occupancy
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests.
Guest Registration
Passport or Emirates ID copies for all guests must be provided at least 48 hours prior to check-in for registration purposes.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of AED 1,200 is required and will be returned within 7 days after a successful check-out inspection.
Additional Services
Early check-in, late check-out, baby cots, high chairs, extra beds, airport transfers, grocery delivery, and mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
